Philip Philmar appreciation

Philip Philmar

Philip is a member of London Player Playwrights which meets in Kilburn. He joined TSL after I gave a talk to the group.
Philip’s collection Warm and Wet is a compilation of pieces presented at Player Playwrights which won various competitions. While I struggle to see them performed on stage, they are cleverly crafted stories, interspersed with illustrations by Philip.
Philip is another of our multi-talented authors – apart from writing, and illustrating, he is also an actor – having had roles in films such as the 2005 Johnny Depp Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and 007 James Bond’s No Time To Die amongst others.
His next book due to be published by TSL has been delayed due to other filming roles he’s had – watch the ‘big’ sceen for what they are.
In the meantime, why not see how you would stage the stories in Warm and Wet?
